Allergen Information:

Our kitchen handles the following allergens. Although we practice safe food handling, we must inform you of the allergens handled for your safety and that we cannot garentee no cross contamination.

Unit 17 Mardon Park, Port Talbot, SA12 7AX

What days do you operate?

We operate 9:30 - 14:30 - Monday - Friday.

We currently cook on a Monday's and Thursday's with next day collection or delivery available.

How do you prepare your meals?

We cook all meals to a high standard and to order to ensure our customers have the freshest possible options. These are then chilled safely, packaged and labelled and only after quality control check they are ready for the consumer.

Are your meals fresh or frozen?

We cook all of our meals to order and then these are delivered to the customer chilled. It is then down to the customer whether they would like to freeze these at home.  Meals labelled with ❄️ are ok for home freezing

How do I order?

You can place an order through our website where you can create an account to make it easier on your next order.

Some customers prefer to message us through social media.

Or you can be old school and give us a phone call.

For a Monday slot, order by 6pm on Friday.

For a Thursday slot, order by 6pm on Tuesday.

I have allergies, how do I know if your meals are safe for me?

Allergens are stated on all meal descriptions along with the macros. These will also be clearly stated on all product labels.

We do our best to stop cross contamination with allergens, however we cannot garentee this. Please contact us if you have any queries relating to allergens handled on our premises or alternatively refer to the top FAQ for list.

Do you offer deals?

Yes we offer Bundles which you can find through our "Meal Prep Bundlespage. The best way to stay up to date with all of the best offers is to create an account or follow one of our social media pages.
